2. Services

• SMMlynx provides digital marketing services (followers, likes, views, etc.).
• We do not guarantee long-term engagement or retention unless stated.
• Service performance (speed, refill, drop rate) may change anytime.

3. Orders

• Ensure all order details are correct before placing an order. No refund for wrong inputs.
• Do not place duplicate orders for the same link while an order is running.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by multiple orders on the same link.

4. Delivery

• Delivery time depends on the service and may vary.
• Orders in progress cannot be canceled unless supported.
• Delays may occur due to system or provider issues.

5. Refill Policy

• Refill is only available if the service includes it.
• Refill is strictly limited to up to 100% of the original order quantity only.
• Refill is calculated based on the order start count and end count only.
• No refill will be provided beyond the delivered quantity.
• Account/profile must remain public during the refill period.
• No refill if username/link is changed or account settings are modified.

6. Cancellation

• Cancellation is only possible if the service supports it.
• If cancellation fails due to system limitations, no refund will be issued.
• Partial refunds may be given depending on order status.

7. Refund Policy

• No refunds to original payment methods. Balance will be added to your panel account.
• Refunds apply only to failed or undelivered orders.
• Completed orders are non-refundable.

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for your account security.
• Do not share login details.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access.

9. Liability

• SMMlynx is not responsible for account bans, losses, or damages.
• Use services at your own risk.

10. Prohibited Use

• No illegal activity allowed.
• No abuse or exploitation of system bugs.
• Violations may lead to suspension without refund.
